We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and credit pack purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@maybecopythis.com with your order details and we'll handle it for you.
What happens after a refund
Once refunded, your access to paid features ends:
- Subscriptions: access ends immediately upon refund.
- Credit packs: any unused credits associated with the refunded purchase are removed.
You can keep using the free plan after a refund, including the monthly free optimization.
Subscriptions: cancel anytime
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — request a refund within 30 days of purchase if you want one.
